Over a twenty-year career in real estate, I have directed leasing and management for more than 6,000 residential and commercial units across some of the most competitive markets in California. Before building my own firm, I directed leasing for a 4,000-unit San Francisco portfolio, consistently holding vacancy below 2%. I went on to found and scale a third-party management company to over 1,500 units before selling it in 2020.

After that, I spent time in real estate technology, building software designed to make property management more efficient. It gave me an operator's perspective on the industry from the inside out.

During that time, former clients kept calling. They wanted the same level of service, the same attention, the same results. That kind of loyalty says more than any credential I could list here.

PFRE Management is the product of all of it. Two decades of hands-on experience across leasing, management, sales, investment, and development. A boutique practice that works with a select group of owners in San Francisco and the North Bay, where every property gets genuine attention and every decision gets my direct involvement.
